ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Financial Fitness Program website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
Memberships are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds for partial months will be provided beyond the 7-day guarantee period.
7-DAY GUARANTEE
New members may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial signup date. To request a refund, contact support. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable.
USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Money GPS dashboard, share your login credentials, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including the Money GPS dashboard, templates, worksheets, and program materials, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the program without written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state where our business is headquartered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
